I Survived Book Group In-Person
For ages 8-11 at the Palmer Branch. What was it like to survive the largest and most powerful earthquake in U.S. history? Read I Survived the Great Alaska Earthquake and discuss the book with us! We’ll talk about the story in the book, the real-life event, see photos and videos about the earthquake, and do some earthquake-themed STEM activities. Registration is required.
The first ten children to register will receive a free paperback copy of the book when they register, which is theirs to keep provided they attend the discussion. Limit one book per family.
This program was postponed from April 17 to May 15.
