Impact of Domestic and Intimate Partner Abuse on Children: Conversations with Turning Point of Lehigh Valley

Impact of Domestic and Intimate Partner Abuse on Children: Conversations with Turning Point of Lehigh Valley In-Person

For adults only. Registration Required.

In this presentation, we will provide an overview of what Domestic and Intimate Partner Abuse is and discuss some of the possible impacts it may have on children. We will highlight Turning Point services for children and teens and provide an interactive activity that allows participants to further understand the traumatic impact that Domestic and Intimate Partner Abuse can have on children and their development.

In order to ensure foundational information is present, it is recommended that participants have previously attended the training entitled: "Recognize, Respond, Refer".  Virtual offerings of this can be found monthly on our Website Events Calendar at TurningPointLV.org/Events
