Fiction Writing Workshop In-Person
For adults. Registration required.
This workshop will explore best practices for writing fiction using local settings to enhance plot and character development.
If comfortable, bring a sample or two of your writing to discuss and evaluate as you strengthen writing skills and learn new resources.
Bring something to write with!
About your facilitator:
Journalist Angel R. Ackerman covered much of Northampton County and Phillipsburg, N.J., for local print newspapers. Angel Ackerman writes horror fiction with a woman’s touch in her Fashion & Friends series, volume four of which, Road Trip, released May 20, 2024. She is the founder of Parisian Phoenix Publishing, vice president of the Mary Meuser Memorial Library board of trustees, and a three-time (and current) president of the Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group.
