Vision to Learn Mobile Clinic In-Person
For ages 5-18 at the Palmer Branch. We are hosting a mobile vision clinic with Vision to Learn, a non-profit organization that offers comprehensive, no-cost eye exams and prescription eyeglasses for children ages 5-18. No insurance or proof of citizenship is required. Optometrists on-site speak both English and Spanish! Registration is required, once registered you will be emailed to select an available timeslot.
A completed consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian is required for each child in order to receive an eye exam.
